Welcome in The Hillside

It's nice to spend an evening with friends and talk about the things you love, to catch up with each other's news and just have a nice time. The Workers Welcome Evening will be just that chance for me - and hopefully many others.

Recent first-time visitors to the gallery have all been amazed at the quality and quantity of the work that we do at the gallery. This made me realise that we need to be better at spreading the word of the Workers AKA - the best kept secret in the Rhondda!.

We do work and have worked on some significant and ground breaking projects. Perhaps we're not that good at telling folks about it because almost immediately we've finished one commission - we're on to the next exciting project!

Well the Welcome Evening will be a chance to celebrate what we do with the people who support and encourage us to do it and hopefully more first time visitors!
